1、PP材料颗粒经不同温度和压力加热熔融后挤压，配合模具不同压力的空气喷吹，从而喷出不同厚度的PP纤维。
2.喷塑聚丙烯纤维通过专用接收系统卷绕至接收杆，通过调节接收器的接收角度和转速，可实现不同密度的加工效果：内层采用高密度设计，满足高微滤要求；外层采用低密度处理，满足低微滤需求，从而有效延长聚丙烯过滤器的使用寿命。 机器也可以通过不同国家客户的要求，制作两层相同密度或不同密度的层。
